Booking and intake
We use MoeGo to manage appointment requests. Our intake form asks for your name, contact details, and address, along with information about your pet’s health, behavior, and vaccinations. We use these details to plan your pet’s care and contact you about your visit. We also ask for your veterinarian’s details and an emergency contact so we know whom to reach if needed.
Appointment messages
We use MoeGo to send appointment confirmations and reminders. After your dog’s grooming visit, you may receive a reminder with a link to request your next appointment. Depending on your preferences, the reminder may arrive by text, email, or both.
Photos and videos
We ask for your permission before sharing photos or videos of your pet on our website. To request that we remove a photo or video from our gallery, please email us at lapethomes@gmail.com.
Camera monitoring
Our team uses cameras to monitor the grooming area and the upstairs daycare and boarding areas. Recordings are kept for a short time. Only our team can view the live footage and recordings.
Payments
We take payment in person at our studio. We do not ask for payment details on our website or require a deposit to request an appointment.
Client records
We keep client profiles and pet vaccination records in MoeGo. Our team does not routinely delete these records.
