Our studio is not staffed overnight. Our team checks in remotely via cameras; camera access is not available to clients. We’ll discuss these arrangements with you before confirming your dog’s stay.
A gentle introduction
Our daycare and boarding spaces are located upstairs at our Pasadena studio, separate from the grooming area. Before your dog’s first daycare visit or boarding stay, we can arrange a complimentary trial lasting a few hours. This gives your dog time to become familiar with the space and allows our team to get to know them and assess whether the setting is a good fit.

Please bring your dog’s usual food, along with feeding instructions, so we can follow their familiar routine during their stay. We provide food and water bowls. You’re also welcome to bring their bed, a favorite blanket, or a familiar toy to help them feel more at home.
Drop-off & pick-up
Drop-off and pick-up are available Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Sunday drop-off or pick-up may be arranged in advance with our team, subject to availability.
