Choose your preferred date and time through our booking page. Our team will review your request and confirm your appointment. If a different date or time is needed, we’ll contact you to find a suitable alternative. Your appointment is confirmed once you receive our confirmation.
Request an AppointmentBefore your first grooming visit
Please complete our intake form and share your dog’s current vaccination records, including rabies. Bring any inspiration photos you love—we’ll talk through your preferences and your dog’s coat before grooming begins.
Please share any health conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or behavioral concerns, along with your veterinarian’s details and an emergency contact. If anything changes before your appointment, please let us know.
Complete the Intake FormAppointment reminders
Our team reviews your request and confirms your appointment. Two days before your visit, MoeGo sends you a reminder. You can use that message to confirm your attendance or cancel your appointment. If you haven’t responded, you’ll receive another reminder the day before your visit. MoeGo also sends a reminder on the morning of your appointment.
Your next visit
After your dog’s grooming visit, you may receive a reminder with a link to request your next appointment. Depending on your preferences, the reminder may arrive by text, email, or both.
Cancellations & rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment so we can offer the time to another guest. We understand that emergencies happen. If something unexpected comes up, please contact us as soon as you can.
